I understand why Mike poses it that way. He wants to keep everyone competing for the spot, but Colvin is a lock for that position. There is no way you can keep him off the field. Injury or not, Colvin and Jefferson are the two best defensive players we have.
Looks like everette may not be as good as we thought
I know it is going to be said that Kass will be a "bust" if he does not come in and earn that corner position BUT it just might be that he needs a year in the system to be coached up before he can really be
the guy". I would like to see him redshirt and start for two years if that is what is best; that is if the others develop to give us the depth needed.

Colvin is going to play. The question is whether the other cornerbacks are good enough to warrant moving Colvin back to safety in place of Javon Harris.
