I know some top recruits don't workout at every camp, but I don't understand a coach specifically telling a player not to work out at camp. He doesn't know everything there is to know about DT and I would think he could learn something from Coach Shipp.

Major league ass kissing is what a lot of kids these days want. Imagine being 15-16-17 and having people calling you and wanting quotes all the time. Gotta be head-swelling for anybody. Like others have said, if you wanna take trips and get slathered up, don't commit for awhile.

This guy is the definition of "nonchalant". But I can understand if he wants to explore his options.
Why would his coach "make" him narrow it down to eight? Is he probably tired of fielding phone calls from schools he knows has no chance?
