Seems to me like a young man that has had alot of things given to him by others and doesn't accept his own responsibility to do things for himself. "He dropped too many classes" is a sign if him not really up holding his commitment just like he did with the baseball organization.

many of these great athletes get by every obstacle in their early lives by sheer ability and when things get challenging in later life such as professional baseball, and college level classes ,they quit instead of working through the tough part.

If he cannot even go to class he doesn't need to be on the team. This isn't high school any more.

He can at least practice with the team. He can help the players that handle their business, on the field and off.
I find this very sad for Kish.
