It's going to be very interesting to see how the new coaching staff meshes and what the results on the field look like. Mack is not a good coach but his talent is recruiting and now he has recruited a new coaching staff.
Everyone is saying the "Gray" hire is a good one...Mack is really having to earn his big bucks now.
