You have no favorite boards.
When you recruit the best kids in America, you get turned down more than you get commits. If you recruit the second tier, you get more commits. The trick is to do something in between. Remember, you only really need 6-8 studs in every class. That gives you about 28 really special players every year. After than, you are guessing.
Funny story...
When dad made his recruiting trip to Arizona his mother decided it was too far from home as well (Cali, for goodness sakes) and dad still decided on Arizona after only a day or two. His decision, deep as it was, the coeds...including one that eventually married him and is my mother.
Coeds...and he wouldn't tell me that until he got older.
After an undergraduate career at the UA I agree completely, and UCLA isn't bad either.
