One year ago, our beloved Austin Box passed away. Tragic! I can only think that there is NO WAY IN HELL Austin would have let some of the shenanigans go on. He was one hell of a young man that left everyone who knew him a better person!
We love you Austin! You will never be forgotten!!!!

ESPN Video: College GameDay looks at the touching way the Box family and University of Oklahoma have chosen to remember the late Austin Box.
Amen brother. Got goose bumps and still have a hard time dealing with this young man's death or any other young person dying prematurely for that matter. Thanks for posting this, still sad.
Thoughts & prayers continue to his family and friends.
It's hard to believe that his life was cut so short with all he had to offer not only the University of Oklahoma, but the world as well. Every time I saw his number on the field it made me sad. I will always remember the intensity he brought to the game and the character he brought to the program. Austin you will never be forgotten. God bless.
Truly a very sad story. Thoughts are with his family as they have to deal with his passing every day. I agree-he was a real team leader who was missed as much for that as his ability.
A tragic situation and God Bless his family and friends.
As for him cleaning up the misconduct going on in the program please don't forget why he is no longer with us.
