from what I hear from my best friend's son who goes to school with rolen.(he is a few grades below him but still has contact) we have nothing to worry about his whole family are sooners and he wears crimson and cream all the time.

And yet he hasn't accepted. If another player accepts the spot first, I am sure our coaches will be criticized for not offering local kids. Unfortunately, unlike the top Texas kids, Oklahoma kids want to shop around and then complain when OU recruits over them.

So, the OUInsider staff is wrong?

I thought asterisk meant he has an offer. And who cares at what position. Once he is here he will have an opportunity to be evaluated and put in his best position to suceed.

exactly, thats the problem around there and especially the last three to four years.

I'm not sure how anyone could project him as a RB. I've seen Mac play and they run an offense exactly like Mizzou. 5 wide, rarely ever run the ball and if they do its a Qb draw or a jet sweep with a WR.
