ou should ask the pac not to include osu. the pac could care less about osu , they want ou and ut.
why help an instate recr. rival???
can someone please answer that ????
stick the fork in that sugar daddy wannabe program
the media don't ask holder they ask t-boone.
I don't remember reading anything in Trammel's comments that ever suggested that OU wasn't in a strong position. Where do you get that?
I also think OSU knows they need OU to support them in a potential conference move. I think OSU has to feel a little nervous about all this. Personally, I do want OU to support OSU to go with them to the West. I would want to continue that rivalry. It has been good for us for many many years. Same with Texas.
I know the Missouri contingent is sweating bullets right now and I'm sure the same is true for Kansas, KSU, ISU and Baylor and personally I feel bad about those old friends. There is enough left over Big 12 (10) to add SMU and Houston and others maybe to salvage a conference if OU, OSU, UT, & TT go west. Who knows, maybe MU ultimately gets to go to the Big 10. We could still schedule some non-conference games with those that would be better than Ball State, etc.
Oddly Mizzou started this whole mess by publicly campaigning for entrance in the Big 10. They opened the door but Nebraska went through, and then Colorado. Now they set in peril, and are taking shots at OU for not showing solidarity. An ironic an hypocritical position.
I do feel bad for KU, KSU, ISU, and Baylor. They have been good partners and deserve better. Its sad things have come to this, but believe its in OU's best interest to go West, and obtain stability, a much better academic alliance, and better funding.
