Hooknladder....if you read my post I said in two or three years the pokes qb to tear up opposing teams secondary. I never said Osu will beat ou next year. Ou should dominate that game no question about it. But in two years back in stillwater with a experienced qb and with the sooners having a rookie qb it will be interesting. While ou should dominate this year I still remember the Josh fields freshman year when ou choked at home and lost a shot at a national title against the 4-7 pokes. So I wouldn't be over confident about any sooner big twelve games. Look at the tech game last year. WTF was that? One of bob stoops legacies is inexplicable loses!

inexplicable loses I recall are as follows:
OU vs. OSU in Josh fields freshman year that cost OU the chance to win the title
OU vs. Kansas State (35-7) in the Big twelve chanpionship game. Unbelievably they still got to the title game and lost (again).
OU vs. Texas Tech in 2011 where it was something like 31-7 in the second quarter when OU was ranked number one.
OU vs OSU when OSU won 38-28 after leading something like 28-7 at half which again cost the Sooners another shot at the title.
OU vs. West Virgina in Fiesta Bowl
OU vs. Boise State in Fiesta Bowl
OU vs Texas A&M the year the aggies inexperienced quarterback suddenly became Johhny Unitas (I think it was McNeal)
OU vs Texas Christian. An opening day loss NO ONE saw coming.
OU vs.USC in the national title game in which OU was losing something like 35-7 a half in the championship game in which the players quit in the 4th quarter. The fact the lost was no shame but the manner in which it happened was an embarrassment.THOSE ARE A FEW OF THE STINKERS I CAN REMEMBER.

The sooners glorious past is exactly what makes those loses so hard to take. Just when you think your on solid ground the rug gets pulled out from under you! Bob stoops comes across on many levels as superman and then....bam! The cryptonite of a clunker game when you least expect it! It's hard to figure out.

Hey guys, face it: In the rare years that OU is beaten by OSU, Ou fans have to eat a little crow. So Tator is merely dishing it up. What did you expect? So until the football team sets it straight again (hopefully) in December, just grin and bear it. No need to wade into the crap and banter with the inevitable gloating fan.
