Way to early but im guessing ABC either 230 or 7

Well it's @ OU, so the B12 will get the media rights. And given ABC/ESPN's historic preference to feature ND games whenever they can (since NBC has the contract on ND home games), I would say there's a very strong likelihood of an 8pm est start and a national broadcast on ABC. But I have not seen anything official.

I think the evening time is more likely. May depend on ND's record.
They have to play BYU, Stanford, Michigan, Michigan State, Prudue and Navy before OU.
