I read yesterday that Texas and Texas A&M will assist Daniel Brooks with his rehab until he moves to Norman in June. I know that schools have done this for years, but it is still heartening to know that off the field, schools take care of other schools athletes when help is needed in their regional area.

JRAM, perhaps it would help to cite the source, (I do not doubt your info, but citing a source, (link) gives more information and eliminates about 100 questions).

I don't understand why this seems so far fetched. I think the overall premise of JRAMs earlier comment is that schools outside of sports value the kids first. Either way...let's just hope the kid gets healthy soon. Besides A&M and Texas could both have rehab facilites or personnel in his general area.
