And he will be enrolling this spring. What awesome news! Our JUCO TE Green would have been awfully lonely in the TE huddle during spring practices.

Agree. Let's be happy that McNamara committed to us. TE is a huge area of need for us and, quite frankly, we didn't really have any good remaining options at TE if McNamara had committed elsewhere. This is awesome, awesome news.

I wish all recruits would break the story this way. I never have liked seeing all the sites argue about who reported the story first. How would they know anyway? Because they say they don't pay attention to each other.

Believe it or not, if McNamara is as good as advertised, he will help the defense. He will allow our offense to move the chains, subsequently keeping our defense off the field. It amazing how this stuff works together!!!

McNamara may be better than advertised. But his dividends will be in the future, and not immediate. But there will not be a TE like him in the Big 12.

Tight end James Hanna has been a big part of our offense this year. I wouldn't be surprized if Green doesn't become a big part of our Belldozer package. Hopefully Rip will be well soon.

Great pickup for the Sooners. We needed a big time pass catching type TE. I loved the pickup of Green for his maturity and toughness. We need more of that on the team, and a guy like him who is almost a pure blocker type who will be great for our run game. McNamara should be an excellent compliment to him. Hopefully we can get one more in this class for some depth.
