by this i mean they are told by the media they are in NC no matter what? may not make a difference for them but it sure did for us, we did not get off the bus for KSU game. might make it interesting if they are not focused...
another thing that was a factor in the end of the 2003 season was Mike Stoops taking the Arizona job. I think that took the wind out of our sails a bit. The players really liked Mike and I think that just deflated them a knowing he was leaving.
Mike left and didn't coach the title game and I just think the emotions were running rampant all over the place and it was tough to handle.
I really wish coaching changes would be completed after the last game of the year for the teams. It can really affect a team at the end of the season.
