it is bc they are our LB size...SEC is a whole nother' level on the combination of size and speed....as we witnessed against UF. That is why they keep winning NC's. I hope our scheme can finally overcome them...if given the chance.

UF wasn't better than OU, but Tim Tebow was a difference maker in the redzone.
OU needs to take care of each game as it comes, then we'll talk match up!

You are right in that SEC is not all that much better but the elite teams in the SEC are tough to compete with. I should have specified.

I felt UF overwhelmed us in that they ran almost 300 yards against us. I also remember them being very physical in the secondary (I thought deserving of PI) and we didn't handle that well.

I think Bama and LSU are far more physical defensively than any team I remember in the past. I hope I am wrong. I think their size and speed can be outschemed with creative playcalling, patience, and great execution.
