I travel every weekend during the football season from Aurora, Colorado and have been to the last 83 consecutive OU football games both home, away, and bowl games. I’ve had season tickets since about 2000 when I retired from the USMC. The good news is my retired pay pays for my football addiction.
There is a chance I might miss a game this year as my youngest daughter will start High School this year and she plays volleyball and basketball and I think she will make those teams easily enough. I love to watch her play and in four short years hopefully she will be on her way to OU but I want to enjoy the experience while I can.
In any case I still enjoy the going to the games and would probably make it to all of them this year if not for my daughter.
