I would doubt that Stoops would go as far as giving them back their scholarships. This is just giving them an opportunity to earn their way back with the team. I totally support this decision not just because we are in need of experienced/proven receivers. I do believe in teaching young kids and building their characters. This goes in tune with helping them get back up on their feet when they faltered. Purnishment doesn't necessary mean eliminating their hope/future. Giving them an opportunity to become a better person is what the education system should be.

Doesn't matter if they are back on ship or not for this season. If they are we are at 83 ships. If not then we are at 79.

No, if that were the case, USC athlete wouldn't have given his up and pay his own way to get the PSU player on the team.

I will say this one positive thing about these 3 kids... if they make in back on the field and scholarship and even graduate it will say a lot about their character. All kids/adults make mistakes... its how you learn and come back from them.
