I love the fact that his dad is a retired Marine, this tells me he is ahead of the curve when it comes to maturity, responsibility and discipline.

Thank you for posting. Boy, he sure passes the eye test! Can't wait to see him on Owen Field. Strong build, great balance and explosiveness and the fact he has a mom and dad with the military background. He should be well grounded. And kudoes to Cale Gundy. Sometimes he is under appreciated.

There is an article that says he was unimpressed with texas and also a reference to RGIII. Anyone with inside knowledge care to give a cliff notes on whats up with that?

I agree with everything aforementioned. Military family, combination of Bryant and Ford is solid, Ford's skill set is seriously good, Cale is a bad ass recruiter, etc. Good posts by all!
Another item which I really like is that he is playing some WR in these spring 7's...that will only help him out of the backfield.
Cypress - can't wait for you to fill us in this coming year. We want to hear all of the great updates about Ford. There are sure to be a lot of them.
