This is not good, and it is also something Bob Stoops has said is not something we should do.
Also, the favorite on the road on Thursday night is very upset prone. It doesn't matter who the home team is, they get a huge point spread boost. Taking the points and the home dog has always been a great bet.

Agree, but in this case it's an AWAY game.
Also, the conference has a lot of input on TV games. If the HOME (Big 12) team agrees to a Thursday game, there's little that the visiting team can do under the current Big 12 TV contract that ALL teams signed off on.

I suspect we negotiated the best deal for us under the circumstances. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the future. I imagine we don't want a road game on Thursday every year.
