The D line was what made the secondary and backers seem like they weren't doing their jobs last year. IOW the D Line has BEEN underwhelming for a couple of years already. DEs? Pretty good last year. DTs? Not so much. Hopefully someone will rise from the crowd and be a stud.

According to Teddy and Dusty, the D-line had been coached to us a "catch" technique. Dusty described it as a dog in cage that is confined to that area. M. Stoops has apparently opened the cage and told the dogs to run like hell. The problem is the dogs still want to stay in their cage. Interesting take that you don't see anywhere else. Dusty and Teddy also said, contrary to Jame's report, that it is Taylor MacNamara who has been extremely impressive at tight end and has picked up the offense much quicker than the coaches expected. They seem to be giving the nod to the freshman over Green. Who knows in the end though.

They can't go to practice they both told me. However I was told by someone at practice and these were their words not mine that the o-line mauled the d-line in the scrimmage.
