Darius' father is a Sergeant with the Dallas Police. So it's not even going to be a "gun". More than likely it's the other, but it is what it is.
I do know they allow their high profile recruits to meet such stars on their trip as Kevin Durant. Until they get busted for it, everything will just be covered up the "espn" way. smh

Did he truly tweet that? If so, I cannot imagine the NCAA, Big 12, OU, etc. wouldn't be all over it. How could it not be more of a headline?

Is there an assumption that Darius White doesn't have a $1000 to give? I don't see a violation at all unless you just assume that he was given the money by a person connected with Texas.
