Would OU have any interest in UFs 4 star defensive lineman? Had entrance issues, Lance Mitchell like.

they probably would need to evaulate the kid first which in no doubt would put us behind the ball again and cause us to offer late which would directly put us in a no chance of getting this kid because other teams showed him love first

If we did not show interest in him earlier as you suggest, have you left open the possibility that the staffs initial contact with him showed that he had no interest in OU? You do know that OU doesn't spend time recruiting stars that inform us there is no mutual interest?

This kid is strongly considering Cinn. and Western Kentucky? If he wouldn't seriously consider playing football at Oklahoma than something is wrong?

Previously this kid had no interest in any school west of the Mississippi. Unfortunately, I bet WV jumps on this kid like crazy since he was a priority before. I would love to see OU go after this kid since he has absolutely incredible measurables and has the potential to be a major college player.

Dang Hook that was a little harsh. Lets face it this staff has a history of taking their time on kids and it has cost us on some of them.

I can care less who ever it is that is giving me a down vote.... I mean, oh no..I better get my kids up and explain to them that opinions only matter to some people and others take them so serious well, well they might not agree.... and in my case, they gave me a down vote... what will I do now? I mean a stranger, who I do not know didnt like what I said... I might just cry..... uhhhhh NOT!!!!!

Well that really stinks, I was hoping OU would at least get a visit.
I honestly don't think of OU as a strong defensive school anymore? Its finesse style has cost us recruits.
I look forward to next seasons recruits after a full season with Mike and Kish.
I also believe OU needs to recruit Texas harder.
