I've said it before, but if OU isn't the fortunate winner for DGB, I just hope he doesn't go to UT.

Truth is, he will have a harder time hurting OU at saxet than anywhere else...the QBs on the team right now throw end-over-end passes. Much harder to catch than spirals...

Well that's part of it (not wanting to play vs. him). Part of it is that he seems like a genuinely good kid who has been through a lot - and I'd hate to see his career flounder at Texas since their QBs are terrible and even with Brewer, seem to have limited upside.

We've said that about several WRs, including one or two who are at Texas now, but we've still beaten them so I'm not any more worried than I was about Mike Davis, or Roy Williams et al.
Also, if we don't get DGB I hope we get Courtney Gardner JUCO out of California 6'3" 210 4.46

Let's recruit him with clowns climbing out of a little car.
It would be a perfect satire on Pinkel's visit and we could arrange to have photographers on hand.
Better yet, send them in a little Arkansas-labelled hogmobile.

Well since it is unlikely we are going to be playing Missouri or Arkansas anytime soon, I would beg to differ.

I agree it doesn't look good for us, but with Neal and Metoyer coming in - and maybe Gardener - I think we'll be fine.

woods.....Neal...Shepard and Metoyer...I do not care if we get the kid or not..We have some serious studs coming in..We also have stills and Jackson and hopefully Jaz will be back. Oklahoma has a bright future at the rec position without dgb....I am not worried one bit..His loss...Defin...I think that he will be a great get for us but I am not losing sleep over it..Also, he would do great at arkansas and mizzou and really be the man at osu...I mean if I were him, following the woods brothers, dez bryant and now a 2 time ncaa best rec award in blackmon, I am wondering why osu is not in the race for his services...

I vote for a recruiting zepellin. We need one before Uterus gets one for the Longhorn network.
Be handy for other purposes as well, like warding off banner towing Cessna's next time Smack feels slighted about rankings or something. Park it in the Everest Center when not in use. Seems about right to me.
