When Brody Eldridge was here, he was the best player on the team. And he hardly ever touched the ball. In fact, he spent most of his senior year playing in the offensive line, while significantly undersized. Having the title "Best Football Player" does not necessarily mean you have to touch the ball. Manti Te'o was generally considered Notre Dame's best player, never touched the ball on offense. So holding the title as BFP doesn't mean you are to get the most carries, passes, etc. But with that being said, Millard does need to touch the ball more.
1. Fix S&C program as it is broke, see Bama and LSU for upgrades.
2. Huddle, the OL needs rest to fire off the line in run situations, see Bama win another NC.
3. QB change just happened and OU is better for it.
4. Focus on running the ball, while the defense sits on the sidelines as well as the opposing offense.
5. Stop the 4-1-6 mess.
P.S. Add another BIGTIME recruiter to the staff, which removes one that isn't. Bob knows.
BE wasn't the best player. That myth gets old and his NFL career supports my argument.
