Jeff Lebby is in his fifth season at Baylor and his first as an assistant coach. He coaches the running backs after serving the previous four seasons as the assistant director of football operations in charge of offensive quality control and the NFL liaison.
Lebby joined the Baylor program in the spring of 2008 after coaching the offensive line/tight ends and teaching at Victoria Memorial (Texas) High School in the fall of 2007.
An offensive tackle as a prep for his father, Mike Lebby, at Andrews (Texas) High School, the younger Lebby earned all-state honors as a senior.
Lebby signed a National Letter of Intent with Oklahoma in 2002, however, an injury forced him to end his playing career. He spent his final four years at OU as a student assistant coach.
Lebby is married to the former Staley Briles, daughter of Baylor head coach Art Briles.
Briles' son Kendal Briles is the Passing Game Coordinator.
Jeff Lebby is married to Briles' daughter it appears.

You're right. I'm pretty sure he's the QB coach and Sherman is the OC.
