He was the first person i thought of when James hinted at a big 12 name that was a great recruiter
"The way I figure it, everyone takes a beating..."
Did he drop his keys?
Sorry.....an old thread from the old board. Just couldn't resist.
“There are two things every man in America thinks he can do: work a BBQ grill and coach college football.” - Greg Schiano
Good one Boomer.
Best possible hire of any coaches - would love to have him back on the sidelines.
This isn't the start a rumor thread.
Did you see it? Or was it your nephew that saw?
Nephew. While eating a pop tart.
The pop tart icing had a weird formation that resembled Wyatt wearing on OU hat.
Oddly, the icing on the other pop tart resembled Donta Hickson.

Ah, the pop tart; another oldie but goodie. Think I'll go over to Youtube and listen to Elvis sing "Memories!"
But it would be great if there was something to this, but it's a stretch.
Y'all...anytime I hear someone say they saw a player, I ALWAYS think to myself "did he drop his keys"!
2 thumbs up on the Donta Hickson reference!!
Ahh, the pop tart thread. Message Board Hall of Fame. Someone needs to go hang out at the mall in Norman this weekend in case Wyatt and his keys show up.
I am the morning DJ on WOLD
pardon my ignorance.................what is the story with the dropped keys
.......ok, what is the deal with 'dropping the keys'..........please explain....thxs
If I remember right, it was a slow day like 8 years ago and one poster said they saw two football players, sorry can't remember their names, at Sooner Fashion Mall (Is it still called that?) and said one of them dropped their keys in the parking lot and that was about it, so other posters piled on in wonderment, and then for a few months, some would ask, oh "did he drop his keys?", too.
That's how I recollect it.
That's who I am... a Sooner.
It's one of those "had to be there deals".
I have fond memories of another one, where some poster bashed Stoops for not kicking a FG on 3rd down so if we missed we could try
again on 4th down.
After the inevitable public ridicule, he tried to make a case that he made a bet with his friends on how mean the board was and that he would get teased for posting something so silly, a bet which he claimed to win of course. Poor guy.....but man was it funny!
love the donte hickson........he's the coach in waiting.....and waiting, and waiting
Saw wyatt land back in austin. He got a cab and went straight to a remax office. He was singing " It's 5 o'clock somewhere"
Ok, so, this whole thing was bulls&it?
Was it demarco that dropped gis keys? That sticks out in my mind for some reason
its rumor central
I'm sorry I'm getting old. Was your initial post that you saw him, real, or just having fun?
Mystery Recruit Part 2 ??????
