Big 12 Defensive coordinators

  • Watching the o-state/ISU game. They just rushed three and dropped 8 and got roasted for 31 yards. TT rushed 4 and dropped 7...at least as long as i was watching which was about mid way thru the 2nd quarter and we all know what happened. Iowa St has been decent when they've pressured Weeden.

    When are these DC's going to learn they can't rush 3 or 4 and cover against this team?

    I think you have to take the risk and send some DB's or LB's almost every passing situation.

  • I agree with that, guys will eventually get open if the QB has all day to throw the ball and even if you cover well there is nobody at home in case he tucks and run.

  • geez, it's really laughable that these guys continue to try and cover these guys and rush three or four. If's it's first down or short yardage I could understand what they're trying to do. But they're trying this on third and long and Weeden keeps hitting them for big yards. Maybe i don't know what I'm talking about but it seems pretty obvious.
