Definitely agree. I think the starters earn their time but for the team's sake I would like to see others get experience.

This is a place to give our opinions on how the team is doing and what they could be doing better. If you lack the experience, knowledge or creativity to even be able to form your own opinion that's your problem. How about living with it in silence?

By all means I think we should get the next two guys in line some quality productive snaps as long as they get to do something with them, would like to see a little more than 3 runs and a punt, let's let them throw the ball in not so obvious passing downs to see what they got.

This is a no-brainer. A coach's job is to have backups ready to go in the event a starter is injured. Seems in every case but QB this coaching staff does so. This coaching staff is one of the best in college football...but they do need to change their philosophy here. One does not need to be a coach or player to understand this.

Bob's policy on subbing for his QB was influenced by Churck Long. You never see the NFL substitute late in games unless the guy is nursing an injury. Bob's record speaks for itself. With limited practice time, there are a limited number of plays in practice. The starter gets 70% of the plays, the backup gets the remainder. It is really hard to develop when you get only 30%, so maybe he feels he is being unfair to the player for putting him in.

Fine, but when they get into the 30%, let the kids try to make yards and score, not running the ball into the center of the line.
