What you are actually seeing with these policies is the liberal ideology and agenda being forced upon the average American. They wish to put down rich Americans while excepting themselves with their riches, they wish to impoverish the country for the sake of making the planet green, and to preclude anything exceptional about our country and people while again excluding themselves from that status because they are the elite.
Why people cannot see through these liberal fat cats I'll never know. They say they are for the poor and middle, working class, and yet they invoke policies that hurt them such as on carbon emissions, severe limits on drilling for oil and etc.
The truth is they are all too happy to see the middle east turmoil which will drive up gas costs and force people out of their cars and into mass transit. Why? For more dependence upon the government. Why ? The more dependent you and I are, the more they control and dictate their will upon us.
If they have their way we will no longer own guns, businesses, cars or even houses. There would no longer be freedom of speech or a free press. Even the decisions over what you eat and your health care would no longer be yours. Government is a lustful, hungry beast which does not know self constraint. This current administration is the epitome of this.
