I am not that naive and you can read it anyway you desire and since you were wondering and so there is no mistake, I have no love for Obama or his policies. I had a legitimate question which simply asked if the Insider was pro Obama? If so, that might dictate whether or not I continue paying for their service; a right which I hope to retain in a supposedly free USA. This is a service I subscribe to for information about OU but when I see political ads I feel obligated to respond.

Fair enough. But the explanation is simple and already provided in this thread.
OUI has ZERO control over ads. The infrastructure is owned and operated by 247 sports. 247 sports gets paid a fee by GOOGLE to place ads on all of its websites. Google selects the ads for each viewer individually based on what it perceives your interests to be based on your prior viewing habits it collects through its other services and the cookies installed on your machine.
If you wanted to "vote with your feet", the proper target isn't OUI. It would be either 1) stop viewing political websites on the web, 2) install an ad blocker, 3) stop visiting sites that use cookie-based advertising (which is probably almost every site on the internet).
