Morgan Hook led the Sooners with 21 points and Joanna McFarland scored a career-high 19.
The Sooners shot 56 percent from beyond the arc, hitting on 10 of 18 3-pointers and held Syracuse to under 28 percent from the field.
Oklahoma led 46-34 at halftime.
The Sooners will face Xavier in Tuesday’s tournament finale at 4:30 p.m. Central.
