NORMAN, Okla. — The Sooners were looking for one more offensive tackle and found him in the form of Salt Lake City Granger HS three-star prospect Kenyon Frison.
Frison, listed as the No. 363 overall player, No. 31 offensive tackle and No. 4 player in the state of Utah, has a 0.8834 rating in the industry generated 247 Composite.
He’s actually much higher ranked by 247 Sports, where he is a four-star and 93 overall.
That includes being the No. 203 overall player, No. 19 offensive tackle and No. 3 player in the state of Utah.
Frison chose the Sooners over Utah after trimming his list from four to two (Arizona State and Nebraska were also in the mix) in recent days.
He’s the 14th signee for the 2014 class and third offensive tackle commit.
